Excellent place for general repairs. I had their quote, and a quote from the Euro place next door. Integra was 200 dollars cheaper, and the quality of the work was impeccable. I had an appt at 1030, they took my car at 1030, and the car was finished within and hour half they promised for my brakes.

Very professional and very nice team of individuals. I feel I have finally found a auto shop I truly can trust. Which is very rare these days. Very up front with me on what needed to be done at a very reasonable price. Could not be happier. Thanks to Wes and his team at Integra Tire.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I’ve been taking my vehicle to Integra Tire Autopro Douglasdale for oil changes, maintenance, and repairs for about a year, and they have always taken exceptional care of me. Richard at the front desk is outstanding. He takes the time to explain everything clearly instead of assuming you already know what’s going on. He is honest, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you understand the work being done. The mechanics are hardworking, knowledgeable, and consistently do an amazing job. Whether it’s a routine oil change or a bigger repair, I know my vehicle is in good hands. They always make sure everything is done right and that I’m safe to get back on the road. Finding an auto shop you can truly trust isn’t easy, but this team has earned my confidence. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Wes, Richard and the boys looked after checking over my vehicle and completing an oil change. They were also able to look after a rock shield under the fuel tank that had come away and position it back in place so was protecting the tank again. Completed this at N/C. They always go the extra mile.

We have been going to Wes and his crew for many years. We are always confident that we will be well taken care of, and let us know if any issues with our vehicle are safety issues, or if it's ok to continue for a while longer as is. They care about their customers. This has been proven many times over the years. Recently, Wes went out of his way to help us when the motor seized on our 2013 Hyundai Sonata. He had another customer go through this recently. He went above and beyond to find out information or us and point us in the right direction so that we eventually would get our motor replaced under warranty. Had a couple of springs replaced in the back of my Buick. They did it competitively priced exactly on time and everything was just as it should be. Can't ask much more then that.

My parent’s car broke down on Saturday and unknown where to send it so we got it towed to Integra tire. They called first thing in the morning to say that they needed a new engine cause the piston was done. To my surprise he also told me that it might be under a recall with Hyundai and to try and get them to submit the paperwork. If he hadn’t of told me that my parents car would have been just done and they would be without one. They were awesome for sharing that with us!

You do good work!

These guys are quite simply the best service you can get. They are professional, knowledgeable, straight with you on everything, and do excellent work. They're not going to charge you an arm and a limb to get the work done, and are just good people. I have been coming to them for years, and I won't take my vehicle anywhere else when I need to get work done on it.

it doesn’t matter when i request service Integra make sure i get prompt service.

Integra folks got us in for diagnostic related to electrical/ battery issue. Once determined the battery was the problem, they cross-checked the warranty on file and switched it out seamlessly. Grateful to have them confirm no other issues and return the vehicle in an hour.

Great service!

I called Integra first thing in the morning and was able to bring my vehicle in at 10 am the same day . I brought my 2008 RDX in to check on a scraping sound on the back driver's side. It turned out it was a rock lodged in there and the tech removed it easily.

Once again, these guys go above and beyond to take care of us and our vehicles. I don’t trust my cars to anybody but them.
