Always great service!!

Integra provides excellent service, fast, efficient, friendly and they really go out of their way to ensure each customer experience is memorable - for all the right reasons. Thank you Team Integra!

The service level is excellent, the products supplied as always are top notch. The service advisors are very knowledgeable and personable

Been coming to this Integra location for many years, through a handful of vehicles, and they are literally the only mechanics I have ever fully trusted with my cars. They are efficient, never pushy and overall just a really great group of people! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic! Thank you for everything you guys have done for me (and for my dogmobiles lol 😫😂)

Great job. Friendly, professional service!

Highly recommend their services. Very efficient and friendly to deal with. I have been using them for many years and always trust their recommendations.

Great experience once again as I had tires swapped for the winter season. Friendly service and the work was done in a timely manner.

As always, the staff at Integra Tire Douglasdale was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Have been dealing with them for over 20 years... anything from tire swaps, to mechanical diagnostics + repairs is always handled professionally and with a common sense overlay that is very refreshing these days.

I am always happy dealing with Integra.

The guys there are helpful and friendly.

Truck repair work

Huge shoutout to Douglasdale Integra Tire! My family has been rolling with these guys for years, and they honestly make auto maintenance completely stress-free. They are super reliable, always fair with pricing, and just overall awesome people to deal with. If you're tired of sketchy mechanic shops and want a team that actually has your back, do your car a favour and check them out!

Our family has relied on Integra Tire AUTOPRO Douglasdale for years, and they never disappoint. Wes, Wayne and team are consistently reliable, fair and provide top-notch service every single time. It is a huge relief having a local shop you can trust.

As usual I get excellent service from the guys at Integra Tire and they are always so knowledgeable and friendly.

Good friendly people, good price.

Excellent and reliable service

Amazing service always.

Thorough and quick

I have been bringing my vehicles here for over two decades, and recommend the place to everyone I know. They've worked on every vehicle we've had in that time, from compact domestics to german SUVs and their work has been good, and their pricing fair. Most importantly, Wes & Wayne are honest, up-front, and don't try to sell me parts or services I don't need. I send my mum, my kids, and my friends here for one reason: I trust them.

Great job as usual. Thanks guys.

The service was excellent as always.

Great service, friendly staff, comfortable waiting area. We've been going here for years , they've taken care of all of our tire needs

Always a great experience working with Wes and Richard. New Falken Wild Peaks on my Tundra!

I needed an oil change last minute and in 30 minutes they had me in. I have been dealing here over 20 years and they always deliver great service.

The staff are amazing. Honest pricing, top shelf product knowledge, good people!

My experiences have always been superior dealing with the INTEGRA Team ...

Thank you for getting me in at the last minute for a brake light replacement. I really appreciate it. The staff is second to none.

Great service, highly recommended

Great job and great people and excellent service. I also recommend them to anyone who looking for a great business to work with.

As always, excellent service. They also took my vehicle in early and had the service done before I expected. Thanks guys!!

Delivered fast and “as promised”. Service was excellent.

I have been going to Integra Autopro in Douglasdale for years. These guys provide amazing service and for a reasonable price. They know what they are doing and you can count on getting an honest answer and a fair invoice after the work is done. Highly recommended and very much appreciated!

Excellent place for general repairs. I had their quote, and a quote from the Euro place next door. Integra was 200 dollars cheaper, and the quality of the work was impeccable. I had an appt at 1030, they took my car at 1030, and the car was finished within and hour half they promised for my brakes.

Very professional and very nice team of individuals. I feel I have finally found a auto shop I truly can trust. Which is very rare these days. Very up front with me on what needed to be done at a very reasonable price. Could not be happier. Thanks to Wes and his team at Integra Tire.

Easy transaction, fixed my low pros, super nice guys. Thank you!!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I’ve been taking my vehicle to Integra Tire Autopro Douglasdale for oil changes, maintenance, and repairs for about a year, and they have always taken exceptional care of me. Richard at the front desk is outstanding. He takes the time to explain everything clearly instead of assuming you already know what’s going on. He is honest, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you understand the work being done. The mechanics are hardworking, knowledgeable, and consistently do an amazing job. Whether it’s a routine oil change or a bigger repair, I know my vehicle is in good hands. They always make sure everything is done right and that I’m safe to get back on the road. Finding an auto shop you can truly trust isn’t easy, but this team has earned my confidence. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend!

From the first time I had to get my tires balanced I was treated when a professionalism and respect. They were able to fix my car and I have gone back several times to get all the services for my vehicle now. Highly recommended for all your vehicle needs.

Wes and Wayne went the extra mile to solve a complex tech problem!! Well Done 👍

For 15 years we have used Wes and the Integra team to service all our vehicle needs. They are honest, trustworthy and we always feel like they have our best interest at the heart of everything they do! They keep our older vehicles running smoothly!
